Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement (while stocks last) including shipping costs, for any items that are confirmed to be defective upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: a. Gift cards b. Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) c. Custom or personalised items d. Items marked as "Final Sale"
